Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Log into your RIDGID account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the tool in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
